Highbury House

Highbury House is a large Victorian town house in the Highbury Conservation Area.

We completely reconfigured the house for the family. This involved opening up the lower ground floor and creating an inside-out kitchen-garden space with a new enlarged opening and garden layout. The result is a wonderfully light and airy space. We introduced upgraded services, underfloor heating, and lots of clever storage areas for coats and general utility.

We also created a light and bright new master suite with a dedicated dressing area and an ensuite at first floor level out of a previous collection of dark and awkward rooms. Upper floors were rearranged to accommodate new bathrooms, a utility room and a study. There is plenty of our signature bespoke joinery complemented by high quality finishes and materials.
